These Terms & Services describe how Alqahtani Store provides home improvement planning, renovation and finishing work through this website. By browsing the site, sending an enquiry, requesting a quote or using a form, you agree to the conditions below. Please read them with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.
Alqahtani Store is a home improvement practice offering kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, interior painting, flooring, carpentry, lighting coordination, exterior refresh work and related project planning. We communicate primarily by email. This website is an information and enquiry channel. It does not by itself create a construction contract until both sides accept a written scope.
Pages describe services, typical processes, sample projects, team roles and starting price ranges. Photographs show natural finished rooms and work in progress. Content is educational and illustrative. Room sizes, materials, light and existing conditions differ, so no photograph or article is a promise that your house will look identical or cost the same.
Starting prices on the Pricing page are planning ranges, not binding offers. A binding figure appears only in a written quotation that names rooms, assemblies, allowances, exclusions, calendar assumptions and payment stages.
When you submit a form you confirm that the name, email and description are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to discuss that household. We may ask for photographs, measurements and notes about plumbing, electrical services or finishes. Providing those details helps us avoid unsafe assumptions; withholding them may delay a useful reply.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on the document. If no period is stated, it is valid for fourteen days. After that, material prices, crew calendars and supplier lead times may change. Acceptance should be sent by email from the address used on the enquiry.
Unless a quotation says otherwise, our work is limited to the rooms and assemblies listed. Opening a wall may reveal moisture, unsound plaster, outdated wiring or irregular framing. Those discoveries are variations. We will pause the affected area, describe the condition and wait for written instruction before extra work proceeds.
We do not perform structural engineering, land surveying or legal conveyance. Where a task requires a licensed specialist outside our crew, we will say so and may coordinate as your agent only if the quotation includes that coordination.
Kitchen remodeling may include cabinets, counters, splashbacks, lighting, flooring in the kitchen zone, and coordination of appliances you supply or that are listed as allowances. Appliance delays from third parties are not treated as our delay if we were ready to fit.
Bathroom renovation includes waterproofing, tile, sanitary fixtures listed in the scope, ventilation checks and finishes. Curing times for membranes and adhesives are part of the calendar and cannot be shortened without risking the assembly.
Paint systems depend on substrate repair. Flooring depends on moisture readings and flatness. Exterior coatings and roofing depend on weather windows. We will not apply finishes onto surfaces that fail those checks merely to keep a brochure date.
You agree to provide timely decisions on samples, access to the rooms at agreed hours, a reasonable working area, and information about pets, occupants and neighbouring constraints. Valuables should be removed from the work zone. We protect floors and furnishings in the immediate area; we cannot insure items left inside a demolition room against dust if they were asked to be moved and were not.
If you live in the house during the project, we will agree which rooms remain in use. Cooking, bathing and sleeping arrangements are your responsibility unless temporary facilities are listed in the scope.
Calendars are estimates based on known scope, standard working days and typical lead times. Supplier shortages, hidden conditions, municipal inspections, extreme weather for exterior work, or late client selections can extend the dates. We will notify you of material changes to the calendar in writing.
Payment stages follow the quotation. Deposits secure ordering of cabinets, stone, tile or fixtures. Progress payments follow defined milestones such as completion of waterproofing, delivery of joinery or practical completion of a room. Final payment is due after the agreed walkthrough, minus any retained amount listed for outstanding punch-list items.
Late payment may pause ordering or site work until the account is current. Title to unfixed materials may remain with suppliers until paid according to their terms.
Changes requested after acceptance are priced before they are executed. Cancelling after a deposit may leave you responsible for restocking fees, custom joinery already in production, and time already spent on design or protection. We will mitigate costs where materials can be returned unused.
We isolate dust where practical, use protection on circulation routes and tidy at the end of each working day. Home improvement in a lived-in house is never silent or invisible. Reasonable noise, temporary odours from primers and limited access to the work zone are part of the process and do not constitute a breach if we have described them in advance.
Workmanship on installations we control is warranted for twelve months from handover unless a longer period is written into the quotation. Manufacturer warranties on appliances, membranes, paints and fixtures pass through according to those manufacturers. Warranty does not cover wear from misuse, lack of ventilation, standing water, or alterations by others.
Hairline settlement cracks in new plaster, seasonal movement in timber floors and colour variation in natural stone or wood are characteristics of those materials, not defects, when they stay within ordinary industry expectations.
We may photograph completed rooms for our portfolio and this website unless you email a written objection before handover. We will not publish faces of household members without permission. Floor plans of your private home will not be posted in identifiable form without consent.
You may not scrape, copy or reuse our text, photographs or logo for competing commercial sites. You may not submit automated or abusive form traffic. Search on this site is a client-side convenience and does not query a private database.
Forms on this website are processed in your browser for validation and confirmation messages. They do not, by themselves, transmit data to a server unless you later complete a separate agreed channel. The on-screen message “Thank You! one of our representative will contact you” confirms that your browser accepted a complete form, not that a contract exists.
Drawings, specifications, mood boards and this website remain the intellectual property of Alqahtani Store until paid for as a deliverable, and even then we retain the right to reuse generic methods. You may use project documents to maintain your home. You may not resell our drawings as a product.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as temporary relocation costs, lost hospitality income from a home, or delays caused by third-party suppliers you nominated. Our aggregate liability related to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project’s scope, except in cases of proven willful misconduct where the law does not allow a limit.
Nothing on this website is professional advice for structural safety, hazardous materials or insurance. If you suspect mould, asbestos or unsafe electrics, stop work in that area and obtain appropriate specialists.
Footer and header icons may open independent social platforms. Those platforms have their own terms. Sharing a project link is at your discretion. We are not responsible for content on destinations we do not control.
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Newsletter signup is optional. You may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe page. Transactional messages about an active quote or project are not marketing and may continue until the project file is closed.
Write to info@alqahtanistore.com with the project name, room and a description of the concern. We will acknowledge the email and investigate on site if needed. Warranty visits are scheduled in working hours unless the quotation included another arrangement.
We may update these Terms & Services to reflect new services, form behaviour or legal requirements. The date at the foot of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text for website use. Existing signed quotations remain governed by the terms attached to those quotations.
